When we ship your order with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, you will have to sign upon receiving your order. That is why we request that you provide us with a day time contact number. This number is given to the courier so that in the event of difficult delivery, you will be contacted. We recommend that your Shipping Address should be your workplace if there is a chance you may not be at home during delivery. However, if you are not at home during delivery, a note will be left in your mailbox and you can ask for re-delivery at a more convenient time or pick up from a depot in your area.
- Deliveries to Tasmania and some fringe areas will attract additional freight charges and will generally take longer to deliver.
- Not all items in our online store are held in stock, unstocked items are generally dispatched within 48 hours.
- FOX clothing cannot be returned.
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days. If for any reason we are unable to supply your selected products, we will inform you so you have the option to amend or cancel your order.

Freight cost is $10.00 including GST to anywhere in Australia for orders under 2kg. If your order is over 2kg we will need to calculate the postage for you.
Replacement, exchange or refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your new product simply return the merchandise with your receipt within 7 days of purchase. We are happy to offer our customers a replacement, exchange or refund providing the product is in as new condition including packaging, instruction manuals and all accessories. Freight to return the product to our store is at the buyer’s expense. Freight to deliver replacement product is also at the buyer’s expense. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
If you believe your product is faulty within the warranty period you may return your product to your point of purchase with your receipt. Freight to return the product to our store is at the buyer’s expense. We will send the product to the manufacturer’s service agent. The service agent will repair the product or if this is not possible we will offer you a refund or an exchange product.
Always retain your receipt to obtain a replacement, refund, exchange or repair.
