Erina Bikeworx Shipping and Delivery Information When we ship your order with Couriers Please, you will have to sign upon receiving your order. That is why we request that you provide us with a day time contact number. This number is given to the courier so that in the event of difficult delivery, you will be contacted. We recommend that your Shipping Address should be your workplace if there is a chance you may not be at home during delivery. However, if you are not at home during delivery, a note will be left in your mailbox and you can ask for re-delivery at a more convenient time or pick up from a depot in your area.
Delivery Times All orders are dispatched within 2 working days. If for any reason we are unable to supply your selected products, we will inform you so you have the option to amend or cancel your order.

Replacement, exchange or refund policy Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you are not completely satisfied with your new product contact us then return the merchandise with your receipt within 7 days of purchase. Erina Bikeworx are happy to offer a replacement providing the product is in as new condition including packaging, instruction manuals and all accessories. Freight to return the product to our store is at the buyer’s expense. Freight to deliver replacement product is at the buyer’s expense.
Product Faults If you believe your product is faulty within the warranty period you may return your product to Erina Bikeworx with your receipt. Freight to return the product to our store is at the buyer’s expense. We will send the product to the manufacturer’s service agent. The service agent will repair the product or if this is not possible we will offer you an exchange product.
Always retain your receipt to obtain a replacement, refund, exchange or repair.
